Transformation is not the goal and that is why it fails

Most of the transformations fail because the goal of the transformation itself are wrong. Change is not the goal. Companies should not just simply re-organize themselves, re-align titles bring new ways of working just for the sake of it.

It is important that companies understand what are the goals. Change is not the goal, goal is to deliver the value -- sooner, safer and happier. So, we should rather set goals on what we can improve if we really want to deliver value with lower cost of ownership and with happy teams and customers.
